In Medical Grade Honeys from the United States, Dr. Ozturk draws on his work as Project Director of the HONEY Pathway to examine the science, standards, and potential behind designating U.S. honeys for clinical use. As a researcher with deep expertise in biochemistry and honey's medicinal applications, he brings both rigor and vision to this forward-looking conversation. Dr. Ozturk presents as an invited speaker at the Eastern Apicultural Society's annual conference.
