I began this wonderful 🐝 journey in July 2024, earning my New Jersey certification that September. I then completed the Cornell Beekeeping Essentials course, followed by advanced studies with Penn State, including Organic Honeybee Colony Management and Honeybee Breeding. In 2025, my Door-to-Door Stewardship program blossomed. Using the NASCAR phrase “making a left turn,” I also pursued Honey Sensory training—achieving Honey Sommelier Level 1 Certification in May 2025 and continuing to Level 2 in April 2026. Apitherapy was added to the mix in September 2025, when I began studying under, the renowned Dr. Stefan Stangaciu, President of Apitherapy Consulting & Trading International Ltd. Today, I truly identify as a Bee Philosophy Advocate.
