Use of the American Apitherapy Society website constitutes agreement to our terms of use stated below.
All content on this website is the exclusive property of the American Apitherapy Society. Said content includes text, images and data.
Our content is protected by United States and international copyright laws and we reserve all rights contained therein. In case of dispute or infringement, we will rigorously defend our rights to this Material.
The Materials are made available for limited non-commercial, educational and personal use only. Users may download these files for their own use, subject to any additional terms or restrictions which may be applicable to the individual file or program. Users must, however, cite the author and source of the Materials as they would any printed work, and the citation should include the URL “www.apitherapy.org.”

Privacy Policy
AAS is committed to protecting your privacy when you visit our website, participate in our on-line activities, or use the web site to register as a member or make a donation. AAS does not collect personal information about individuals unless the individual knowingly provides it. In choosing to provide this information, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy of AAS, as further outlined below.
When you register as a Member or give a donation, we need to have certain information about you: your name, mailing and billing addresses, telephone number, email address, and credit card information, to process your order. Your credit card information will be used only as needed to process your transaction. We will retain your order information for our records. Your credit card information is encrypted and transmitted via a secure connection.
Other information we request when you become a member is used internally only, for statistical and similar purposes, for us to better understand who our members are in order to serve them better.
AAS does not share personal information. AAS will not sell, trade, or lease the personal information you provide to us. We may aggregate statistics about our members and report on them, but these statistics will not include any personally identifying information.

Liability Statement
AAS may not make claims about the efficacy of any of the products of the beehive. AAS informs about apitherapy on this website and in its courses, conferences, Journal, and any other communications. Material on this website is for educational purposes only, and does not represent an endorsement or recommendation by AAS. In addition, AAS does not certify practitioners or therapists.
Refund Policy
The American Apitherapy Society’s refund policy applies only to funds collected as a registration fee for our Annual Course and Conference (known as CMACC). Registration money collected for this annual event will be refunded up to one month prior to the starting day of the event. After that date, no money will be refunded. This policy includes refund of any additional funds, such as for a dinner. After the one month deadline, the cost of the dinner will also not be refunded.
