1 year - $45
2 year - $85
3 year - $120
Add $15 per year if you are a resident of the US and wish to receive a hard copy of the Journal by regular mail.
Add $25 per year if you are not a resident of the US and wish to receive a hard copy of the Journal by airmail. (Otherwise, the Journal is sent as a PDF via e-mail, quarterly)
