Welcome to The American Apitherapy Society Inc.

You have come to this website probably because you are looking for an alternative or complementary form of health care. You may well find answers in the work of the American Apitherapy Society (AAS), which promotes an approach that goes beyond traditional Western medicine.

What does AAS do?

We educate about and promote the use of the products of the hive for health and healing via our website and through other services

We are a membership organization; membership is open to everyone from anywhere in the world

Members receive benefits that are not accessible to the public: The Journal, The Network, posting on our Forum, contacting experienced Apitherapists.

We are not a referral service, although one service we provide our members is the listing (called The Network) of people involved with Apitherapy. These people have all agreed to be contacted by members by either e-mail or phone. Sometimes you can find an apitherapist near you, and sometimes you must work over the phone with someone who will assist you in many different ways. AAS board members and faculty can sometimes help you. These people are involved with all forms of Apitherapy, not just bee venom; many have knowledge about the use of pollen, propolis, and honey to help address specific conditions.

We present an annual course and conference (CMACC)in different US cities – this is the occasion to learn, get hands-on experience and be part of a community.  read more
